How important to use OEM parts instead of aftermarket
On the O2 sensor, your fine using the Bosch generic ones. The only difference is that it does not have the custom harness connector like the factory ones. There is virtually no other differences...they do the same job and are constructed the same way.
definetly go with the Bosch O2 sensor. Bosch has pretty good quality and the generic bosch is like $80 while the OEM is like $200. (bosch makes a direct replacement but it is also $200, as far as i know the only difference is that the direct replacement has the OEM plug wired to it With the generic you have to do some crimping.)
A good rule of thumb is to think what happens if that part breaks i.e.:
PCV valve breaks, you buy a new one, no biggie. go aftermarket.
Timing belt breaks, chances are your engine is shot. Go OEM

^ agreed... aftermarket everything is fine, as long as you are buying quality parts... i just finished buying all the pieces needed to take off my supercharger, and get my 90k maitenance done... $245 from acura directly, aftermarket is fine... just be careful about the brand... research is key

its best to have ur radiator rebuilt at a radiator shop if possable. As for pads get ceramic their a little pricier but well worth it. other than that OEM is the best way to go if u can afford it but most aftermarket parts are either up to or higher than OEM specs. But its ur call.

Good way to look at it. I am doing my 90k pretty soon. I went with 90% all OEM parts. I did it because it was easier for me to place an entire order at one place.

Bosch o2 sensor's are good and works good enough. Why spend 200-300 dollars on a OEM one when they perform the same exact features. I get my OEM Style bosch o2 w/ oem clips for about ~110..im sure they run for higher usually at kragen or pep boys auto stores.
For the plug wires and plugs itself..i just use NGK's wires and plugs..find it to work best for me and can be found virtually at any local autoshops.. Never use the autolite crap from like pep boys or kragen..
