yea, vtec has a few required variables to engage, car has to be moving.

The vehicle speed thingy only works in certain states. In Florida, if you can prove your speedo was off, you can get out of it. In Texas, they dont give a shit, you'll get a tickert if your speedo is reading 0 :fawk: I varies from state to state so I sugegst you check it ut b4 you go thru all this trouble and look stupid in front of a judge.

I bet in Massachusetts they would tack on an extra fine for having a malfunctioning speedometer
