strange idle

strange idle
I just put web cams stage II in my 90 integra, i put the SAFC in there to help for fuel management and AEM cam gear but I cant get the idle to be set. Where should it idle, right now it will idle around 850rpms it will drop to about 550rpm and then jump back to 1200rpms how do i stop that
