Default no spark cyl 2...new tune up, someone help

Well this is probably pointless as well since I really never get any replies.

Car throwing code for manufacturer controlled ignition or misfire. CYL 2 is getting no spark. Just went out this morning and replaced plugs, wires, cap, rotor and still the same damn code after clearing it and cyl 2 is still no spark.

Not everyone on HAN is going to know the solution to your problems. Especially when you make a vague thread that doesn't include the check engine light code or the year of your vehicle. The more information you give the better your chance of receiving some good responses.
You said you get the same code after clearing it. What is the exact code or DTC? Misfires are either random or detected.

There are other probable causes besides the ignition system. Some other probable causes would include:

Fuel supply system
MAP sensor
Idle air control valve
Fuel Injector
Fuel Injector circuit
Low Compression
Out of spec valve clearance

When i originally checked with the paper clip method I got codes for secondary o2 sensor, CKF sensor, and TPS sensor. I just did my b18b swap into 97 cx civic. Car has yet to leave my garage.

Right now im using a p75 usdm 97 ls ecu.
When i check with my actron the codes im throwing are tps low voltage, secondary o2 sensor, and manufacturer controlled ignition or misfire.

My motor is a JDM improt, warranty ran out, and im still having no spark on cyl 2. Dizzy is a replacment as well, even pulled the dizzy from a buddies car and still same thing.

Are you sure there is no spark or is it that the cylinder #2 is just not firing?

while the car was running I started at #1 and pulled that wire, it dropped the RPM and ran worse, you could see the blue arks to the valve cover. Pulled cyl2 plug and nothing, rpm stayed the same, there was no ark to the valve cover. Pulled 3 and 4 both arked and dropped RPM.

1. If you're throwing that many codes, check wiring.
2. The CKF sensor is in the distributor. I'm assuming the distributor came with the motor, and it's possible that it's shot.

Ok, update got cyl 2 to have spark. I had a whire in my harness right by the dizzy that was partially cut.

Got it all up and running, cleared the codes, started it and it still has a code for manufacturer controlled ignition or misfire. Did the same thing as before. Pulled the plug for every cylinder. When pulling the plug for cyl 1 it very slightly dropped the rpm. Every other cyl now is good.

Since i have spark i tried fuel. Pulled the fuel rail and had a buddy quick flick the key and injector one was not spitting out fuel close to what the others were. So i took them all out, cleaned them. hooked em up to the battery and just zapped them a few times to open and close them. Then put them back in the fuel rail, primed the key and took a wre from the + and - on the battery and individually did each injector. They all seemed the same. Then i switched injector in cyl 1 with injector in cyl 4, and started it up. Now when you pull the plug for cyl 1 it drops the rpm alot, and pull the plug for cyl 4 it drops the rpm a little.
So that injector still is a little clogged.
The cheapest price i found on a injector was $54 from autozone but not in stock everyone else wanted $130-150.
Now that i have compression and spark in every cylinder can i use that sea foam to try to clean the injectors? Or should i just replace that injector all together.
But thats not enough to throw that code is it?
