cam gears while doing timing belt
AEM is a quality cam gear as well, i have yet to hear anyone say anything bad about it... but i prefer skunk2... seen several friends cars with them on there and nothing ever went wrong
skun2 makes turbo cams so im guessing they are not bad for turbos.
what are your hp goals? you dont really need a cam, a gear will be just fine. i have also heard that ls cams are the best oem cam for turbo.

turbo cams for GSR is good for me
HP goals.....well id like to be at 300WHP, daily drive @ 8psi
track @ 10psi
Ive seen one turboed teg running 7psi with the same setup as me and his dyno was 290WHP i believe so i think i can hit this. But if getting Skunk2 turbo cams and cam gears will put me well over 300 for a decent price then ill do it. OR upgrade the suspension and get ready to by a new clutch and flywheel

You will see minimal gains out of properly adjusted cam gears on your stock cams, so unless you upgrade the cams, they wouldn't worth your time or money.
Despite what everyone says about running an N/A cam on a turbo car being bad, they are wrong. If you can tune the overlap out with those cam gears and properly upgrade the valvetrain, they will make a lot more power than those shitty turbo cam offerings. If you don't feel like taking the risk and believing me, the CTR cams I am running on my setup are a huge upgrade that would definitely benefit from some cam gear adjustments.
