Default LS/VTECH valve adjustment

After replacing a blown head gasket, I'm getting to the part where I reinstall the cams and then need to adjust the valves. Did a little research and found that c-speed racing has got a fantastic how-to guide on this. Just one question, according to their website the specs are:

Factory spec for the B18C1/5 and B16A is:

Intake: 0.006"-0.007"
Exhaust: 0.007"-0.008"

Factory spec for the B18B and B20B/Z is:

Intake: 0.003"-0.005"
Exhaust: 0.006"-0.008"

I've got an LS/VTECH which is a B18C5 head on a B18B block. Which specs should I go with (exhaust overlaps), or should I just split the difference?

Use the specs for the head you are using. All vtec heads have the same valve lash.
