i got that same feeling when my throwout bearing was beginning to seaze up :nervous: but it may be your cable...try ur cable (cuz its way cheaper) then if it still happens ul need a new bearing...i dunno if u have to replace ur entire clutch but i did cuz then if that is going...who knows when ur clutch will...id replace it asap b4 it finally seazes up on u and u cant even start ur car hnoes:

clutch slipping would be the clutch. "sticking" or seazing would be bearing. im not sure if u need to replace both, but while everything is open y not replace everything. its going to go soon anyways.

best bet is just to replace the whole clutch...even if it is just the throwout bearing it's worth it to replace the whole thing.... a good general rule is when a section of something larger is breaking...replace the whole thing ... that throwout bearing siezing up is just showing u what you get to expect later w/ your clutch... u can get a good stg. 2 clutch for not too expensive or just an OEM replacement
