best bet is just to replace the whole clutch...even if it is just the throwout bearing it's worth it to replace the whole thing.... a good general rule is when a section of something larger is breaking...replace the whole thing ... that throwout bearing siezing up is just showing u what you get to expect later w/ your clutch... u can get a good stg. 2 clutch for not too expensive or just an OEM replacement
