Default Squeaking

There is a weird Squeaking noise coming from my front passenger side wheel. When I’m stopped or rolling and turn the wheel either way it makes a loud Squeaking noise. Also when I’m moving, going strait, and hit a bump, or push the gas or brake, it Squeaks. When im maintaining a constant speed, without accelerating or braking, there is No noise.
And finally when i turn while moving it makes a knocking sound (pretty sure this noise is the CV joint on the passenger side axel), but have no idea what the other noises are coming from. It seems to me, the noises are coming from more then one thing, like the CV joint. Any ideas what to check for these noises??

A mechanic said the noises are coming from 2 places. #1. I know the knocking is the cv joint, fixing that today. #2. The squeaking though could be the Bushings, Ball joint, Struts. But I’m almost sure its the ball joint, cuz even when I’m not moving and wiggle or turn the steering ever so slightly, it makes the squeak. What do u think? Would I have to change the control arm?
