Ok here we go!

I am getting this wierd noise sounds like a bad wheel hub. But I do not think that is it. I noticed that my driverside tie rod balljoint is a tad bit bad I can move the wheel with my hand while it's jacked up so I know that's bad. I mean a super tad bit loose. Now whenever maybe 8-10 times I turn the wheel to make a u-turn or getting outta a parking stop you can feel the cars whole front shift to the right. So lets say Im backing outta a spot with my wheel turned 85% of the way I will be backing up then frontend shifts to right, then ok, then shifts again, then ok, then shifts again. Something in that pattern. What do you guys think it could be? Everything but the left tierod seems to be fine. HELP!!!!!!!!!!!
