Default Water leak in passenger side

When it rains, I've got water leaking on the front passenger side's mat. It appears the water is running into the heater fan casing (white) and then leaking out of the crack of its casing that is clamped by 4 metal clips. The fan still works, so I guess the water doesn’t touch the motor, but just the plastic turbine its spinning. So pretty much the cover fills up till the crack then it leaks onto the passenger’s feet. Any idea, how to fix this and where the water is entering from??
