Default Test pipe with rsr

I just ordered a test pipe for my setup. I have an rsr exhaust and headers on a 99 ls. I wanted to know will my car still be quiet since the nature of the rsr is quieter than other exhausts?

The test pipe will make your car louder.
The RSR [ExMag, I assume] muffler will help -- to a point.

The test pipe will also do serious harm to the air we all breathe. So, for a few more hp, I urge you to reconsider based on the increase in pollution alone.
