Default car sputtering!!

I have an acura integra 91 ls. When I am in 2nd gear and at low rpm my car sputters like something is clogged until after 3k rpm. My car shakes like Im new at manual transmission. My car also does this in first sometimes? What is going on?

how low rpm....u could just not be giving it enuff gas...that'd be my first idea....second gear shouldn't see any less than 2500-3000 rpm it becomes too slow and the car will try to stall....i could be way wrong...but thats just what it sounds like

check all ur filters for clogging, after that... like kidcarbuff said...after check ur brake/clutch fluid levels, how does the pedal feel, too stiff, too soft, engaging low, engaging high...if the clutch is feeling iffy and everything else is ok, then it's probably your clutch, it could be ur fuel filter, and depending on ur mileage it's time to replace that, check the spark plug wires for cracks or corrosion, change ur spark plugs....there are several things u can do .... it's just a matter of paying attn to your car so that after you do each step...you can see if the problem is solved...

hope this helped
