Lowering and Body Kit
dont go with a full out ricer body kit if your going to lower it...my opinion would be to lower it mabye about 2 inches and then put carbon fiber lips on it...thats what im doin to my teg and my boy did that to his 93 Supra and it looks a lot better than a full body kit
for one man dont watse your time w/ body kits they look like shit get a carbon fiber lip and mabe a rear bumper then just drop the car maybe 2 inches integras r the lowest stock out of any car pretty much if u lower it w/ a body kit it is bound to brake
yea bound! if its dropeed like 1.25 or 1.5 ull be fine! my buddy kitted his del sol and dropeed it 1.5 all around w/ tein's the only reason his kit broke was cause someone hit him and then sped away while he was pumping gas. that sucksed fixing that, but yea just a slight drop and watch how ur driving and u should be fine. its ur car, do what u want to it
Drop it four inches.... at least.
Seriously though, that's a judgement call that is entirely based on the design of the kit. From the standpoint of having enough suspension travel, I wouldn't lower the car much more than 1.75 inches for daily driving.

Is the kit your plannin to put on fiberglass or polyurethane?
If it's fiberglass, don't lower it. Your gonna curb it no matter how carefull you are and the fiberglass will break, then fix it, then get annoyed but the body kit after a while be cause it looks awfull now (it's a slippery slope situation).

Dont Get A Front Bodykit Bumper. It Wont Last. I Had One On My Old Car It Broke Twice. Just Get A Lip. If You Dont Like The Itr Lip Get A Mugen Or Spoon. There Is A Lot Of Differnt Lips Out There, You Just Ggot To Look.(i Have A Cf Mugen Lip) And It Barely Scraps . I Will Never Buy A Front Body Kit Bumper Again.
