Default Another turn signal thread

I tried searching and didn't see anything that matched my question.

Has anyone had a problem with their front turn signals not working? I tried replacing the bulbs and that didn't work and when we hooked up the voltmeter the socket wasn't getting any electricity. What else should I try?
