i have the alarm that came with my car and i had it turned off but one morning it just started going off and it wouldn't turn off, i hit the keylessentry unlock button but it only turned off for three seconds before it freaked out again. i tried usign teh button over and over untl i finally just disconnected the battery, then when i connected it again it was fine. anybody have an idea what happened?

New battery in your remote? Take it back to Acura and have them look at it.

my alarm freaked out a couple of weeks ago, it sounded like i had R2-D2 trapped under my hood!

you are lucky it didn't screw with your thermostat relay, i had to purchase a new battery and replace the thermostat. Not to mention I had to completely remove my alarm/automatic starter.

I'm hoping it isn't that! but yeah i agree with mrhonda.

hopefully it's only that...i think my alarm/remote start was old and just croaked
