Default my car just dies....

i dont know what the heck is goin on here... ok, here it is... when i first start my car, it is running fine, but then after i drive it, and then have to come to a complete stop, my car will just die. it only does this once and a while, but today, it did it everytime i stopped. it does it both when i keep the car in gear and push in the clutch and when i just put the car in neutral. any idea what the problem could be, and how i can fix it? thanks a lot

Go to your nearest auto parts store and get your electrical system diagnosed. Most places will do it for free, you may need to replace your battery or perhaps get it recharged. If not it sounds like your alternator replaced. How's your car's idle doing?

has the car ever "sputter" or "hiccup" when driving it like on the street or freeway?

hows your sparkplugs? how many miles do you have on that fuel filter (although you do have a relatively new car)? is your airfilter clean?

If you haven't done it since you've had the car it's time to change your plugs, wires, cap, and rotor.. That may be the problem.

I know my civic did this at one point and changing everything above fixed it. It use to come to a real low idle when I came to a stop and stall.
