Same way everyone else goes about it, it's just that you'll be confined to the auto unless you wanna spend big bucks
A good first step will be a new intake. It's probably the best bang for the buck as far as starting out and you should be pretty happy with it. From there move on to a header and a catback exhaust and you should feel a noticable difference. Good luck!

lttletimmy is correct with getting an intake, header, catback....
he missed getting a new catalytic...that's a good way to start it off
IMO....sell your car and find a 94+ GS-R or get a new trans :thumbup:
by the way how much are you looking to spend?

Have you considered suspension modifications? Handling is an integra strong point regardless of tranny, so that would be a worthwhile investment for your $$$.
For power I'd recommend a CAI, header, catback exhaust, and hi-flo cat; 2.25" piping should do it.
