Pull the head off, run to parts store, get a tap for the threads and clean em out.

OEM head bolts from the Acura dealership are $10 each, and the arp studs are $12 each + shipping, so they are a little more. And if that means not replacing the block, they're more than worth it.

Getting a tap isn't just a "run to the store". It took a couple of visits and many calls to various machine and cutting tool shops (not to mention a 40 mile drive across town) the tap you need for these bolts is an M11 x 1.5, which, I've learned in this little escapade, is a very non-standard size.
