No boost at all would be a good level on pump gas. Your setup is N/A and it will not mix with boost at all.

They don't make B series motors past 2001, so you must be confused.

Did Honda even still have any original, non-used crate motors in 2004?

I would ASSUME they'd have a couple in 2002 in case something went horribily wrong with one of the best hand-built engines ever but.....

Boost is possible...and very sweet....on HC engines, but you're going to need more engine work. Also consider how much money you want to play with. A 20 PSI engine with 11:1 is simply a time bomb-unless you rebuild the engine every so often depending how hard it is beaten (Again more money).

Definately would be sweet, though.

I love you too!!! And your car

drop you compression to 9:1 and ul be straight to run boost levels up to 8 psi with no worries. after that hondas rods and cylinder walls start to cry.

First of all, please don't consider boost on a stock engine...especially a B18C5.

It's true you can run 8 PSI boost with the stock ITR engine and you can expect about 12 months before it blows without rebuild. But in the end, why spend $4,000 on only 8 PSI when you can put $4k to your engine? You would get more HP/$ if you spend it strait on your engine vs. 8 PSI turbo.

On the other hand, if you spend money on your engine getting it ready and then 15 PSI, well then...

Again, it's all in your decision on where you want to go with your ITR...
