Default headlights keep blowing? Bad Ground?

My passenger side headlight (both high and low beam) burnt out last night, and my buddy who has a GSR-T gave me the spare he had in his car, and I blew that too... the only thing that could really mean is that I have a bad ground somewhere, so I'm hitting the lights w/ too much electricity, correct??

any info, attack plans, or tips would be appreciated.

first thing is first-did you check the fuses? maybe wrong size fuse. could be bad ground but i dont think bad ground would be burning out a light bulb-fuse should burn out first-light sockets could be bad-check the last thing you did as far as any electrical or anything to do with the lights-80 % of all problems have something to do with the last thing u did

the last time I had touched anything in the car was on just shy of a month ago when I put my new clutch in (see signature.)
and the lights were fine....
I checked the bulb when it first blew and it blew hard enough for the glass to break.. the again with the second bulb, same thing, glass broke.

I checked the fuses.. (it's a 50a) and it looked clean, and identicle to the rest of them..

then I was thinking about it. there was a ground (I think it was a ground) that my buddy had wrapped some electrical tape up around because it had a little piece of the protective rubber condom sleeve thingy missing... i'm going to have to check into that...

Does anyone know a cheaper way or seeing /making sure it's not going to fucking explode again?
Cuz I don't wanna go buy some new bulbs and have them blow too.
