Default m/t or a/t half shaft???????? HELP ME

are the 94-01 manual and automatic transmission half shafts for the integra the same or different??? Also is it possible to have transmission fluid leaking from the hole where the axle enters the transmission?? what is causing this, is the axle not in all the way??? please HELP.

it's possible to have tranny fluid leaking from it, but you shouldn't have it leaking.... did you replaced the gaskets? You oughtta.

The differential oil seal is leaking. You need to replace it.

The halfshafts should be the same.

Word, what's the difference between a "Seal" and a "Gasket?"

I had someone correct me oen when I said gasket, when buying seals or soemthing, but didn't think anything of it..

The Half Shafts are DIFFERENT, i used an auto half shaft on my car and the differential inside the tranny broke, brought it to a tranny shop and they told me that the auto and manual half shafts are different. Should really get the one thats for the car. And your must be talking about the oil seal thats leaking PART# 16 in the picture

could i use the oil seal from a 92 civic transmission?? they look the same? So I need a manual half shaft? does it matter??? LS, GSR RS GS????

the half shaft u can use from any b series as long as its manual. D series and B series parts are diffenernt
