91 LS B18A Code 12 (EGR)

Just wanted to see if there is an easy way to find out exactly what I need to replace to fix this issue... I don't have a vacuum gauge or anything to test the lines - Is there anyone that's had this problem and fixed it? I have to get e-checked within the next few weeks so I gotta get this done... TIA
