Is the belt not retracting?
If so, can you hear the electric motor running?
Can you push the end of the shoulder belt along the track?

We need more information to diagnose the problem.

I have the same problem. For now I am content to manually clip my shoulder belt in each time I drive, almost race car like, until I have time to deal with this problem. I replaced the motor and track (its one piece), and it worked for a day and then stopped again, so obviously the problem lies elsewhere.

Many users here, on honda-tech, and on superhonda forums have had this problem, its quite common. I suggest you search the sites to find your answers. Honda warranties all their safety equipment for life so you can have the defective parts replaced at no charge at a dealer. Getting them to do this is a hassle as they will tell you its not covered. A search on this topic will reveal other drivers with the same problem who have had success getting their seat belts fixed for free. The search is your key to wisdom. Sarcasm is the grumpy man's wit, but that's a whole different subject. Good luck!
