The Car is tunned on Neptune. But it was running on Hondata when we tunned it. So ether way the car is OBD-1 and i wouldn't get and CEL's since i'm not running the stock emission controls. But before and after the shop the base Hondata map didn't change and it worked before it went in the shop but didn't after. plus Corteny Green who is probably one of the top tunners in the West United States is who converted the Hondata map to Neptune. So i doubt he turned VTEC off. But i don't think its the ECU cause up tell about a month ago I had a VAFC also to monitor and that would say VTEC was engageing. So the ECU was sending the signal to engage VTEC but something mechanical is making it not. I am really thinking they didn't install parts of the head correctly. But i'm still going to check out the other stuff. Hopefully my friend will let me use his Neptune datalogger so i can take a closer look at things.

Default really tho,

Its been a long day and i kno im tired and beat, but look, the cylinder heads been taksn off, it worked til he messed it up. Either its an oil problem OR the wiring. The cylinder head was not taken off by him, it could have been who knows wut. The head had to get PLANED to assure that it was flat even tho they were doing a valve job. Either trash has corroded the oil passage(rear cylinder pass side corner bolt passage) during repairing the head or the wiring was either crimped, mashed , mis plugged or anything other while the head was taken off and installed. The wriring was ONDONE to take the cylinder head off, they could not leave it attached to the head. Maybe it was mis plugged or smashed or anything other while trying to install the cylinder head back , yu never kno. Werking at a tuner shop these are things i have to consider . even whenwe get outside werk.
