At the auto store, Kragen, I see a bottle of 'lucas' that helps manual transaxles lube better. I looks a little thin, should that be used in a honda? My synchros are giving out on me.

Any Honda or Acura dealer will have Honda MTF.

I would not use motor oil, as it has been said, it does not have the proper additive package for use in a transmission. There is a reason why they have MTF.

If, however, you think you know more than Honda engineers (who have millions of research $$$ and years of experience on you) than go ahead and put what every you want into your transmission.
