Default sleeving the block

does anyone know where i can purchase the sleeves to sleeve a b18c1 block myself...i have a full engine shop at my disposal and dont see the need to send my block out to have it done when i can do it myself. only problem is i cant seem to locate anything like a sleeving kit... also how capable are blockguards as an alternative to sleeving?

Blockguards are a far cry from sleeving the block. I doubt that any of the companies will sell you just the sleeve. Besides, they won't warranty the sleeves if you install them yourself. I'd rather have someone do it who is a professional at doing just that...but that's me.

i wouldnt trust just anyone to sleeve a honda block. with that said, i believe darton sells their sleeves by themselves. but you'd have to check on that.

with the amount of money im dropping into my car i dont trust anyone to work on it either but my dad has 32 years of machining work behind him with many 400+ hp builds and many complete car builds so i think he could handle it just fine....ill check into the dartons too thx.
