fisrt of all what is the IACV and where is it loacted.

 

IACV is the Idle Air Control Valve and its located on the back of the Intake Manifold held on by 2 12mm bolts.

Im not sure what most people would recommend but I just used fuel injector cleaner to clean it... worked pretty well. Just make sure that you only clean inside the iacv via the two holes with black rubber rings around them... try not to get it all over everything else.
