Help - Integra Tailight Signal/Fuse problems.

Help - Integra Tailight Signal/Fuse problems.
I've tried searching for the solution, yet I find similar problems, but not the same one. So here it is:
The previous owner of my car had "hyperblinkers" in my car.
I recently bought the OEM 98 tailights from Honda, Japan. I installed them, and now the taillights do not work fully. When I use the right turning signal, the signals work fine. When I use the left, the signals do a very weak signal, and blow the 10 Amp fuse. Then, I tried it with the headlamps on, and the right side stays still, and the left still does the weak signal, when I use it. The turning signal fuse only blows, when i use the left signal, and that is the one that seems to weaken the battery. I've been looking around for a open ground wire, but cant seem to find anything. I also changed the turn signal relay today, so it cannot be that. Oh yeah, it seems as if i have two male harnesses for the left side, but only one for the right signals. I also checked all the bulbs, and they seem fine. The only thing that does not work are the turning signals. The brake lights work, and the reverse lights work. Please help!Does anyone have any suggestions?
