It's a breather filter. It prevents oil vapor from being sucked backward into the compressor blades and gunking up the intercooler piping. It also allows crankcase pressure to be vented when manifold pressures become positive.

i got 6000k phillips full kit bulbs and ballast and mine have great light output, when we had a meet with shmoo and a couple of other everyone were so suprised how much brighter mine were then everyone elses but also my kit cost me 700 something dollars..

I have 8000k Xenon Plug n Play...no electrical upgrade needed...looks great...and the best part IMO is that the housing for tegs make HIDs not as blinding as civics other cars. I asked my friends if i blind them they say nope and that it shoots straight rather than in all directions.

umm let me check around, the kit your looking for is the phillips utilon 6000k but i will try to hit u up with later on today

This guy sounds like the real deal. Has anyone had these lights for longer than a year?

I was the first to order from him, so no. I have had them for about 6 months with no problems, however.
