well the biggest factor is how much cash are you willing to invest? Under $1,000? go for it I/H/E.

what are your hp goals?
Drag, autocross, or daily fun?

if u are new to car tunning, i would suggest doing a lot of research first about the turbo and see whats going on its a lot more envolved then just buying a kit and slapping it on, there are many different factors and parts that u may want to purchase to prolong the life of your motor and your trubo... and also be looking to spend $$$$. if that dosent' sound like your cup of tea u may want to stick with the i/h/e, nice suspension stuff like that

^ what he said.
Reasearch until you've explored the different kinds of force induction. Find out what's involved, I know it seems like alot of work but the satisfaction will be worth it. If you don't have that kind of money then I/H/E will be fun for the time being but if your into performence at all, I/H/E won't be that great after a month and you'll wish you spent the 1,000 towards a turbo application. This is coming from my imo when i had an ls bolt-on.

i have between 3000 and 4500 depends on how much the wife spends when i come home. i kinda want to balance between looks and speed. someone hit my wife and now my car looks like 2 different shades of white from what she told me. guess i will see how bad it is when i get back to the states

thanks for all the help guys. gssr nice setup. what did everything run u. like i said i only have 4000 to go turbo but would like to have a little left over if at all possible. if i have to go the cheap route it may just have to be i/h/e for now. THAT SUCKS

Turbo it, skip reading about I/H/C/E and focus on turbo. That will be the most satisfying move you can make having an LS unless nitrious seems like a set-up you'd be interested in. Researching, i'm sure you can put together a good set-up w/ $4,000 easy.

Another move might be an engine swap, $4-5 for a type-r engine?
