The GS has a nicer interior than the LS.

The RS is a stripped down version of the LS.

They both have the same motors and chassis.

I'm a little foggy on my second-gens, but I think the sunroof is deleted.. and some of the power options (such as locks, mirrors) revert to their manual counterparts [on the RS].

I'm pretty confident that power windows were retained across all USDM trim levels, just like in the 3rd Gen Integra..

I believe ABS is also non-existent on the RS model too. I know it is in the 3rd gens, but I am also pretty fuzzy on the differences within the 2nd gen.

This isn't from the '91 specifically, but 1992 which is the earliest year available on cars.com.

These are just the added standard equipment for each model over the RS baseline:

LS adds: Power door Mirrors, Cruise control, Power Windows, Driver Lumbar Support, Cassette stereo (woo hoo), Power Antenna

GS adds to LS: Power Glass Sunroof and Sunshade, Optional Leather (changes official designation to GS-L), ABS, Power Door Locks, and the rear wing

Here are some other details I found:

Specific for '91:
Standard equipment:
RS: 1.8-liter DOHC 16-valve PFI 4-cylinder engine, 5-speed manual or 4speed automatic transmission, power steering, 4-wheel disc brakes, motorized front shoulder beIts, cloth reclining front bucket seats, split folding rear seat, tinted glass, remote fuel door and hatch releases, dual manual mirrors, fog lights, rear defogger, rear wiper/washer (hatchback), tachometer, coolant temperature gauge, tilt steering column, intermittent wipers, door pockets, cargo cover (hatchback), 195/60HR14 tires. LS adds: power mirrors, power locks (4-door), power sunroof (hatchback), AM/FM cassette with power antenna, driver's seat lumbar support adjustment, cruise control, map lights (hatchback). LS Special adds: color-keyed spoiler and dual power mirrors, leather-wrapped steering wheel, alloy wheels. GS adds to LS: anti-lock braking system, power windows, map lights, adjustabIe side bolsters on driver's seat, power sunroof, alloy wheels.

Other g2 info:

RS: Regular Series. Available in both coupe and sedan. The beginning model was about as stripped down as the previous generation. It came standard with a tilt steering wheel and rear window defroster only.

LS: Luxury Series. Available in both coupe and sedan. Standard features included those on the RS plus cruise control and cassette player in 1990. In 1991, power windows and a moonroof were added. Power door locks were also standard in 1991 on the sedan model only.

GS: Grand Series. Available in both coupe and sedan. In 1990, it began by offering power windows and alloy wheels over the LS model. In 1991, power door locks and moonroof became standard on both the coupe and sedan.

GS-R: Grand Series Racing. Became available in 1992 and was equipped with Honda's soon to be legendary DOHC VTEC technology in the form of a 1.7L engine outputting 160HP and 117 ft-lbs. torque. It had the same standard features as the GS and was available in coupe only. No automatic transmission available, if you want VTEC in the Integra, you gotta go manual.

My 91 GS has ABS, Cruise, Cassette, Alloys, Pwr locks & windows & mirrors, map lights, fog lights, moon roof, adjustable driver's seat - but not the bolsters. I do not have leather seats (fine with me).
Hope this helps.
