I'm a little foggy on my second-gens, but I think the sunroof is deleted.. and some of the power options (such as locks, mirrors) revert to their manual counterparts [on the RS].
I'm pretty confident that power windows were retained across all USDM trim levels, just like in the 3rd Gen Integra..
