i totaled my gsr turbo last night on freeway in sacramento. they said it was my fault but it really wasnt. the fucker brake checked me and i smashed right into his pick up truck. ill have pisc posted sooon. dam my insurance will jump up. im with state farm anyone has a clue how much it might jump up. im pay 2600 curently a year . well im lookin for a new car but iono if i wanna get into racing scene. well anyways ill have pics posted soon.

 

sorry to hear about that. Here in Alberta if you rear end someone you are by law automatically at fault

I think in most places even if it's not your fault you rear ended someone, that they will find a way to pin it on you somehow.

 

unless they can prove they did it on purpose

Swoop and squat? Allstate fights on it all the time. Not sure what the success rate is, but if you can determine a witness in your favor it might help or yield a 50/50.

Were you following too close? I brake check people when they piss me off and follow really close. Mind you, I don't slam on the brakes just light them up and slow a little. If you were tailgating, sorry but thats what you get. I hope your insurance won't jump too much. It really depends on your age, amount of speeding tickets and your whole history and record.
