^^^ yeah, i don't usually give anyone brake checks or yank the e-brake unless they piss me off and are on my ass

 

sorry to hear that bro. best of luck with everything. that happened to me a couple weeks ago and i almost totalled my car cuz some soccer mom though it fun to do that. doing brake checks on city streets is ok but on highways, if you going slower and someone wants to pass, let them pass.

if he brake checked you and you hit him you were too close and goin too fast. the fact that you damaged your car enough to total again leads me to believe you were being an assclown

 

one jackass move deserves another.

 

I wouldn't brake check people, the risk of them hitting my car is not worth the road rage. A healthy finger is safe and satisfying.
