I had a huge problem with this a while back. I took it to this crappy mechanic and they replaced one sensor then another the next week then another and then a few more parts. I ended up taking it in about 10 times within a month or two and even then it still was coming on alot. I would just say take it to a reliable place and have them find whats wrong.

i have the same problem, i was told it was a speedometer sensor gone out. SO i drove it down the road, done a break test and my passenger side rear tire locked up. So i am figuring that is my problem, just havnt had time to confirm it.

For 94+ Integras pull the code(s) the same way you would pull a check engine light code(s). You have to short the service connector.

What year is your car?

My 92 GS has a seperate computer for the ABS system, and you have to dump the codes out of that. Its located behind the passenger side rear seat interior trim, and there is a small access panel.

if it's a 94+ then you can go under the Glovebox and there are 2 plugs one is for the abs the other for the ecu jump one plug and see if it's the abs if not jump the other. the code are easy to read but there backward not like the CEL. The long holds are ones and the shorts are ten's. So long long long short short is a 23. Understand?
