anything bigger than stock will slow you down. unless of course, the wheel is actually lighter than stock.

I have 17's on stock ride height. It did slow down a bit but after the I/H/E it was a little better than before putting them on.

My LE's weight 14.75 lbs each. Stock gsr blades weight 16+ lbs. However, I did notice a slight decrease in acceleration thanks to the increased rotational mass (more torque needed to turn a larger wheel of similar mass). The 17's were more of an appearance upgrade if anything, but likewise they haven't decreased performance significantly.
