just check for voltage from the fuel pump first before you go any further. any suggestion would be a shot in the dark without knowing if there is voltage.

Alright it was a fuse. I tried running a second wire through the power wire. No such luck. Checked all the fuses. It was a pesky hidden rascal 20AMP. Whatevers clever... its FIXED!
