I have never heard of the comptech bar tearing out of the subframe, but I have heard of the Type R bar with beaks kit tearing out. If you want to do it right the first time with the least amount of worries, get the comptech sway/tie bar combo. You will not regret it.

There's also the ASR kit which is just as effective as the Comptech setup but cheaper.

OMG, this topic has been covered numerous times and has been beaten like a red headed step child.

I'm partial to the Comptech setup because I own one and it works wonders.

My comptech tie/sway bar has held up under the abuse of a full race coilover setup, so I'd say they're good

I have Neuspeed Sport springs if that is what you mean.

But no neuspeed sway/strut bars for me. The strut bars are of very high quality, though and I would get one of those over most other brands comparably priced.
