OK I'm Confused...
I have 96 LS with the b18b1 right...but my friend has a 94 4dr LS but it has a b18b that he says was never swapped and its completely stock. But in this book i read it says they started putting in b18b's into the base line integra's in 1997. Is this true? Did the older model b18b's have a different looking valve cover?
Tell me im right and they put in b18b's in 94

Tell me im right and they put in b18b's in 94•1994-2001 RS, LS, GS:
B18B1 I-4 16V DOHC Non-VTEC
1834 cc
9.2:1 CR
HP: 142hp@6300RPM
TQ: 127lb-ft@5200RPM
Redline: 6800 RPM
If memory serves, they did make a minor change to the lettering on the valve cover. It was a pedantic little change in lettering, I think.
But as far as output is concerned...all B18B's were rated as listed above.
