The stock struts with Pro-Kits should not blow out for a while, especially since your car is only a few years old. Its only slightly over an inch drop, it should be fine for a while.

As for the wheel gap, I am not satisfied with the wheel gap but I am very happy with ride quality. I do have Tokico Illumnas with it though. If you are very concerned with the wheel gap, go with H&R or Eibach Sportlines. I was sick of scraping when I had my 95 Accord so I insisted on the Pro-Kits this time around.

The scraping issue is the reason I shyed away from the Sportlines. I also don't want the slammed rice look. Are the H&R's spring rates the same as the Prokits? I want as stiff or maybe a little stiffer than the Prokits. Anyone have pictures of an integra on H&R sports or Eibach Prokits?

No to hijack the thread, but what is the spring rate for the H&R springs?

search is your friend:

Nuespeed Race spring:
Rate: Front- 455 Rear-360
Drop: Front- 2" Rear- 1.75
Linear spring

Nuespeed Sport:
Rate: Front- 250 Rear- 185
Drop: Front- 1.75 Rear- 1.5
Progressive spring
H&R Race spring:
Rate: Front- 460 Rear-350
Drop: Front- 2" Rear- 1.75
Progressively built but those coils are compressed all the way when the wieght of the car is on them. Functions as a Linear spring

H&R Sport spring:
Rate: Front- 276 Rear-276
Drop: Front- 1.75" Rear- 1.5
Front - Linear Rear- progressive
They will not release the spring rate????
Comptech Sport spring:
Rate: F-335 R-135-210
Drop: F-1.25 R-1.25
F-linear R- progressive (of course)

-------------------------------------------------

Eibach Pro kit:
Rate: F&R- 10-15% higher than stock
Drop: F&R- 1.3"
Progressive

Eibach Sport Line:
Rate: F&R- 30% higher than stock
Drop: F&R- 1.7"
Progressive
