depends on how bad of a leak, but if it's just the test pipe why not take it off and go to a local muffler shop and have a new one made or repair that one?
That's what I'm going to do. I'm just a little lazy. And just wondering if I should see a difference when it is welded. I have an Omnipower test pipe, so there is three sections that need to be welded together.
