Also, you can save yourself a lot of money not running on those S-03s

if you dont mind me asking, y would you opt for that setup over agx/h&r?

Well, nm on the SP3s, because they don't make them with the ITR-style eyelets. Then I would get regular Koni yellows (SP3s are just specially modified, stiffened Koni Yellows), then KYB AGX's if I couldn't get Yellows for cheap. The Koni yellows handle drops better as well.
But the springs: I feel the comptech springs are better suited for our cars. It's a less significant and more even drop, with better spring rates for our cars, especially for high speed braking:
H&R
Rate: Front- 276 Rear-276
Drop: Front- 1.75" Rear- 1.5
Front - Linear Rear- progressive
Comptech Sport spring:
Rate: F-335 R-135-210
Drop: F-1.25 R-1.25
Front - Linear Rear- progressive
Yeah, I am looking at the Comptech springs for a better ride height and spring rate. Epoch, how does the spring rate of the Neuspeed Race springs compare and, in your opinion, is it worth the $180 for a set?
I like my H&R's. They provide a more even stance than OEM springs or springs like comptech that provide the same drop F&R...because hondas ride higher in the front just slightly. Combined with the AGX shocks makes for nice handling, and not much front end dip under hard braking.

Neuspeed Race 2.0" 1.75" 455 lb/in 360 lb/in (AFAIK)
Comptech Sport spring:
Rate: F-335 R-135-210
Drop: F-1.25 R-1.25
Front - Linear Rear- progressive
Stock --- --- 212 lb/in 117 lb/in
The comptechs are a lot more mild and comfy, and the ride will be a lot less bouncy. When I was in a car decked out with Comptechs and I _think_ koni yellows (this ride was over 2 years ago), it felt like a stock car in comfort, but with a noticeable increase in handling. Basically think of it as a "Stock+" setup.
If you're finding yourself frustrated by the edgy feel of the Neuspeed springs, the Comptechs would be a smart way to go. On the other hand, the Neuspeed springs have a good rate balance and construction. Basically, decide if you've had too much of the bouncing. If you have, get the Comptechs, but otherwise, I'd be hard pressed to advise a move away from the Neuspeeds. I personally like firmer spring setups (Mine are 616/224 :eek3: ).
Cliff notes: Comptechs are nicer for the street, but Neuspeeds handle better. I personally prefer handling>comfort, but decide on what you want. I'd rather be a passenger in a car with Comptechs
