I don't really care much about comfort or bounciness. The two main things I want out of a good spring are better handling characteristics and a moderate ride height. The comptech sounds like it has a good ride height for me at 1.25" all around and comptech is known for their great products, so I didn't think I could go wrong.

It sounds to me like it would be a step backwards in every way except for ride height. I don't want to invest in a whole new suspension, otherwise I would "spring" for the omnipower coilovers in a heartbeat. I just want a new spring that will offer the same handling characteristics of the Neuspeed Race without the "excessive" drop.

I am torn between the equally priced H&R sport or Neuspeed sport springs. I found both on ebay and they have the same drop but I don't know which one would be the better choice.

Neuspeed>H&R any day.

The Comptechs are a more street spring than the Neuspeeds. If you want overall better handling characteristics, stay with the Neuspeeds.
