dc header
i got a 98 gsr just went to put my 4 to 1 dc sports header in and the back 2 bolts dont align and the pipes r up against the oil pan but it bolts up fine to the head. i called dc and the part #s matched. has anyone else had this problem before?
did they try to tell you "well, it's supposed to be a tight fit?" i had a problem like that with my AEM Cold Air Intake, and it's in my car, boy is it in there, and it's never coming out! It leans up against my A/C lines in my engine. But yea, i can see how you might have a problem....figures...
Yes it's bad to have it touch the oil pan. Are you talking about the 2 bolts on the bracket underneath the car? You might just need to finagle it a little bit to make it fit.

Do those bolts first, then bolt it to the head...that's how I had to do it.
