Default Engine problems...need advice

The other day i was driving (97' integra with a 00' R engine US version) and i was going about 80 on the interstate and all of the sudden i lose power... i look down and notice my oil light is on and there is tons of smoke coming out from my car. So i immediatly pull over and shut it off. Open the hood. Theres oil everywhere(front and back of the engine) Not only was there oil but also anti-freeze. Which makes me assume something has gotta be cracked internally.
So i just dropped it off at a garage. The guy guessed it could be my head gasket. And when that went it could have cracked my head and jacked my pistons up ect... So im probably gonna be in the position where im gonna have to rebuild alot of my engine. Im wondering if i should go for a ported head and oversized pistons ect.. or just keep it stock. I just need some advice, maybe links to sites. any help or seggestions are appreciated.

(sorry if this has been covered, i haven't logged on in ages)

see what kind of damage was done first. then see how much it'll cost to repair.

not unless you plan to go with a fully built NA or turbo setup
