Not true. If you can root through the shit, then it is one of the best places to buy stuff. I have bought almost everything for my car there including my turbo kit. If it isn't brand name stuff, it is shit and I would definitely recommend against buying anything with JDM in the title.

Think about this: $375 shipped for a ACT HDSS on ebay, $450 + shipping on Horsepowerfreaks.com. Why pay more for the same thing? h:

On ebay, you run the risk of crappy packaging, scammers, knock-off subsitutions, rip-off shipping rates... The last time I bought from ebay it took over five months to arrive. I got a great deal, but it would have been much more pain-free to order from a shop or someone I know. Nevermind the revenge-negetive-feedback.

At least everyone and their mom sells Honda crap on ebay. Try a search for "RX-7" and you get pages full of junky wheels, hyper-uber-megawhite headlight bulbs and grade-F strut bars.

That is true but those are risks you have to take. I only buy from people with great feedback and I haven't had much of a problem. I guess it is a matter of time before I get screwed but until then, I am liking the good prices.
