would the itr fit in my car as just bolting it up or do i have to cut the mounts to make it fit or what is it exactly i need to do to make the itr fit in my car ... thanks

It will bolt in, but you'll have fun with the wiring and trans.

... your best bet for going fast on a small budget, assuming your engine can handle it. Either buy a compression tester and test your car, or take it to a dealer or trusted mechanic for a compression and leakdown test.
