Was the check engine light on? I've never had any issues with Bosch platinum plugs. How many miles on your car and those spark plugs?

The ignition wires look hurt, you should have purchased some NGK ignition wires in the process. Also that breather element filter on your valve cover is useless.

It looks like the spark plug hole got water in it from the top. I doubt you are burning coolant and it's getting on the top of the plug, that just doesn't make much sense.

My guess is that your boot that covers the hole for spark plug 4 leaks water and when it rains or you wash your engine bay, it got in from there. Or it may be from condensation.

Seems like you just got water in it. Looks like you have aftermarket plug wires which don't fully seal around the top.

65 is your Secondary O2 Sensor located on top of your catalytic convertor.

Yup, what kind of wires are those. I would ditch them for some NGK wires along with the filter on the valve cover.

Code 65 is an open/short in the secondary sensor heater circuit. You could try and measure the voltage at the sensor connector to make sure it's within spec. If the sensor checks out then there could possibly be a short at the ECU/ECM.

Or substitute a known good sensor to make sure that's the problem before you go out and buy one. Most likely the sensor in the cat has crapped the bed.
