It looks like the spark plug hole got water in it from the top. I doubt you are burning coolant and it's getting on the top of the plug, that just doesn't make much sense. :thinking:

My guess is that your boot that covers the hole for spark plug 4 leaks water and when it rains or you wash your engine bay, it got in from there. Or it may be from condensation.
